In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," the buyer can:

  1. Exchange goods of proper and improper quality.

  2. Return goods of proper and improper quality.

  3. Return or exchange goods of proper and improper quality.

 

Which goods are subject to exchange:

  1. Goods that have a receipt;

  2. Goods in original packaging with intact tags and labels, not used;

  3. Goods for which 14 days have not passed since the date of purchase.

 

Procedure for returning and exchanging goods of proper quality:

  1. Notify us of your intention to return the purchased goods;

  2. Provide the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for the refund;

  3. After receiving the goods, we will refund your money or exchange it for another product within three working days;

  4. All shipping services or transfer fees are at the customer's expense.

 

Procedure for returning goods of improper quality:

  1. Notify us of your intention to return the purchased goods;

  2. Provide the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for the refund;

  3. After receiving the goods, we will refund your money or exchange it for another product within three working days;

  4. All shipping services or transfer fees are at our expense.

 

Exchanges and returns of goods are carried out through Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, as well as at the physical address: Bohdan Lepkyi Street 19/63, Zhydachiv, Lviv Region, 81700, Ukraine.

 

Refunds are made after the goods are received.

Refunds are made to a card or via money transfer at the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch.

Refunds are made within three days from the moment the parcel is received at the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch by the seller.
